Hello, I am 14 years old and I would like to ask everyone that has some spare time on their hands to pray for my friend. She is about to give up on the Lord. I have prayed days on end that it wouldn't come to this, but it has and I just hope that she realizes what is best for her! I am asking for everyone who reads this or litsens to this prayer request to please pray for my parents. I have been going to church since I was 2 and have been a full time chirstain since I was 13. I am now 16. For as long as I can remember my parents havent never came to my church except to see programs I was in when I was little....even then it was only my mother who came. My father has never steped foot into my church. Not even to see me get Baptisted. I pray for them so much. I feel like if I can get as many people to pray for them as posible then God will work mericals. My mother and my 2 sisters(who are also christains) listen to the Jon and Jill morning show every morning on the way to school. My mother loves New Life and I feel God is really speaking to her. And I thank God so much for that. But I feel that the both still need prayer. For my father who drinks (he has never hurt me any anyway and never will) and my mother who is lost and confussed. I hope that as many people as possiable will read this or hear this. And everyone who does please pray for them. And please pray for patience for me to wait on Gods Timeing. Not mine. My best friend and neighbor is having her large intestines removed this afternoon, the 22nd of May. She is extremely weak and has not been able to take in solid food for over a week. Please pray that I would find a new job. I currently work in the restaurant business and I dislike the hours. I work weekends, nights and six days a week. I do not have the time for my family and church that I desire.
My husband had lower back surgery in March. The dr. said that at some point he would have to go back in and fuse it. He already needs this. He also seemingly has a cervical problem, although it hasn't been officially diagnosed. He's had physical therapy that hasn't helped.He also has Fibromyalgia. He keeps going from dr to dr. He is in constant pain. My prayer is that God would take away his pain and have a dr. treat him as soon as possible.
My Father was diagnosed with cancer 4 1/2 years ago. It was treated and in remission. Now it is back and has attacked his lower spine. The new tumor is inoperable and will paralyze him shortly - the doctors are only giving him a short time. He is a good man, but he has never had a relationship with Christ. Please pray for his health and especially that he may find Christ's salvation in this short time he has remaining. Tom
My husband and I had twin girls 8 months ago. Since I stay at home now to care for them, we are in deep financial distress. We need a way to bring in $1000 more per month so we can pay our bills and get out of our debt. If we don't do this we may be facing bankruptcy. We know God has a plan for our family. I would like to ask you to pray for my mom. She is 40 yrs old and the mother of 3. She is now trying to have another baby that she says God has promised her. The problem is she has an immune disorder which fights of the baby due to my dad's cells. She has had it all her life and they said the three of us (the girls) were miricales. She is going through plenty of treatments and is very costly. She wants this very badly and is now pregnant and it is going well as of right now. She is at the Dr's today getting an immune treatment. I'ld just ask that you would ask that God would allow this baby to be able to grow and her dream would finally come true. Also that God would give her the strength to go on. She has lost many babys, we just pray not this one! Despite all of the hard times, she has had the chance to show people the Love of Christ through all of this. First, I want to THANK YOU for all the prayers. I truely believe they have helped me. I've had such a difficult time adjusting to a new job with all the anxiety and paralyzing fear associated with it. Now, a new opportunity has been revealed to me. I ask that you pray that if it is God's will for my life, it will become reality. I only want it IF it is God's will for my life. I certainly don't want to experience the same or even more anxiety and fear with this new opportunity. I sincerely want to seek God's will FIRST. Only He knows best. I will trust in Him in whatever happens. I have also been praying for a church to go to where I can make friends in the Lord. I've been invited to go to one. I am unsure about attending, I guess my fear and anxiety is kicking in again. It is a lot different in some of the beliefs I grew up with. Please pray IF it is God's will that He show me if it is okay. I just need some reassurance that it is or is not okay for my life. Thank you again for all your prayers. Yesterday morning, my boss called me into his office and terminated me because I didn't fit into their "plan" for the finance department. I wasn't really surprised, I kind of expected it. I think a few of us made him nervous because we weren't playing his games...clubs, bars, etc. I had been praying about a new direction in my work life for some time now, I just didn't expect the answer to come so quickly and without warning. I'm trying to arrange for a job interview with a local law firm, and also with a local medical company. In both cases though, the hiring manager has been very slow to respond. A girl in school with me at UNC-Charlotte found a lump in her chest several weeks ago. She needs all of the prayers she can get. She had to drop her classes at school. She is wanting to be a teacher. This was her last semester in classes before student teaching. Also please pray for a family in Florida. Their son was brutally murdered. Since my mom's last battle with cancer she has had nothing but problems. She can not even stand up without extreme pain. I jut received a call from my brother and father stating that mom has been rushed to the hospital due to all the pain and throwing up. She is running low on energy, but always has a strong faith. Please also keep my dad in your prayers that he might continue the strength to help my mom and keep himself well at the same time. Thank you for your time and prayers.
Praise-a couple of years ago we requested prayer re: my husband's job. God has miraculously answered those prayers recently. His business is the best it has been in 7or 8 years!! PRAISE GOD!! I hope this encourages others who are struggling in jobs and finances. When we saw no way out-God provided a way -in His timing. Brothers and sisters please continue to trust and be patient. GOD IS FAITHFUL, He will not forsake the righteous.

My niece was in a wreck here in Albemarle on Tues. her 2 boys were with her and 2 of her sisters girls were with her. The girls were not hurt bad one was ok the other very sore they are Alison and Lisa Sasser and are in the 2nd and third grade. Emotionally they are not doing well. Really need prayers. The older son who is 9 years old was taking to Carolina's medical Center by helicopter. His arteries were damaged and the nerves were torn and they did do surgery but they said he may never have use of the arm again. Jessie lives here in Albemarle. He is in the 3rd grade. His arm is swelling and he is on respirator right now . We just need to pray for his little body.

I am now 16. For as long as I can remember my parents havent never came to my church except to see programs I was in when I was little....even then it was only my mother who came. My father has never steped foot into my church. Not even to see me get Baptisted. I pray for them so much. I feel like if I can get as many people to pray for them as posible then God will work mericals. My mother and my 2 sisters(who are also christains) listen to the Jon and Jill morning show every morning on the way to school. My mother loves New Life and I feel God is really speaking to her. And I thank God so much for that. But I feel that the both still need prayer. For my father who drinks (he has never hurt me any anyway and never will) and my mother who is lost and confussed. Please pray that I would find a new job. I currently work in the restaurant business and I dislike the hours. I work weekends, nights and six days a week. I do not have the time for my family and church that I desire.
My husband had lower back surgery in March. The dr. said that at some point he would have to go back in and fuse it. He already needs this. He also seemingly has a cervical problem, although it hasn't been officially diagnosed. He's had physical therapy that hasn't helped.He also has Fibromyalgia. He keeps going from dr to dr. He is in constant pain. My prayer is that God would take away his pain and have a dr. treat him as soon as possible.
My Father was diagnosed with cancer 4 1/2 years ago. It was treated and in remission. Now it is back and has attacked his lower spine. The new tumor is inoperable and will paralyze him shortly - the doctors are only giving him a short time. He is a good man, but he has never had a relationship with Christ. Please pray for his health and especially that he may find Christ's salvation in this short time he has remaining. Tom
My husband and I had twin girls 8 months ago. Since I stay at home now to care for them, we are in deep financial distress. We need a way to bring in $1000 more per month so we can pay our bills and get out of our debt. If we don't do this we may be facing bankruptcy. We know God has a plan for our family. The problem is she has an immune disorder which fights of the baby due to my dad's cells. She has had it all her life and they said the three of us (the girls) were miricales. She is going through plenty of treatments and is very costly. She wants this very badly and is now pregnant and it is going well as of right now. She is at the Dr's today getting an immune treatment. I'ld just ask that you would ask that God would allow this baby to be able to grow and her dream would finally come true. Also that God would give her the strength to go on. First, I want to THANK YOU for all the prayers. I truely believe they have helped me. I've had such a difficult time adjusting to a new job with all the anxiety and paralyzing fear associated with it. Now, a new opportunity has been revealed to me. I ask that you pray that if it is God's will for my life, it will become reality. I only want it IF it is God's will for my life. I certainly don't want to experience the same or even more anxiety and fear with this new opportunity. I sincerely want to seek God's will FIRST. Only He knows best. I will trust in Him in whatever happens. I have also been praying for a church to go to where I can make friends in the Lord. I've been invited to go to one. I am unsure about attending, I guess my fear and anxiety is kicking in again. It is a lot different in some of the beliefs I grew up with. Yesterday morning, my boss called me into his office and terminated me because I didn't fit into their "plan" for the finance department. I wasn't really surprised, I kind of expected it. I think a few of us made him nervous because we weren't playing his games...clubs, bars, etc. I had been praying about a new direction in my work life for some time now, I just didn't expect the answer to come so quickly and without warning. A girl in school with me at UNC-Charlotte found a lump in her chest several weeks ago. She needs all of the prayers she can get. She had to drop her classes at school. She is wanting to be a teacher. Since my mom's last battle with cancer she has had nothing but problems. She can not even stand up without extreme pain. I jut received a call from my brother and father stating that mom has been rushed to the hospital due to all the pain and throwing up. She is running low on energy, but always has a strong faith. Please also keep my dad in your prayers that he might continue the strength to help my mom and keep himself well at the same time. Thank you for your time and prayers.
Praise-a couple of years ago we requested prayer re: my husband's job. God has miraculously answered those prayers recently. His business is the best it has been in 7or 8 years!! PRAISE GOD!! Please pray for my son who is 16. He has gotten into trouble with some really bad so called friends. He has never been in trouble before. The one boy is locked up and he is still talking to my son. My son has gotten so far from the Lord that he doesn't see any reason to listen to me. His father hasn't ever had much to do with him and I am praying that he will seek God.
Please remember my mom in your prayers as she is in her third bout with cancer.

Please pray for my daughter who has been diagnosed with a rare disease of the arteries. This causes high blood pressure, pain in her intestines and legs. Please pray for my mother. She had stomach surgery in 1994 and has basically had problems ever since that time. She also loses blood and has to go in for transfusions. The doctors cannot find out what the problem is nor how to correct it. Please pray that God will heal her.

My niece was in a wreck here in Albemarle on Tues. her 2 boys were with her and 2 of her sisters girls were with her. The girls were not hurt bad one was ok the other very sore they are Alison and Lisa Sasser and are in the 2nd and third grade. Emotionally they are not doing well. Really need prayers. The older son who is 9 years old was taking to Carolina's medical Center by helicopter. His arteries were damaged and the nerves were torn and they did do surgery but they said he may never have use of the arm again. Jessie lives here in Albemarle. He is in the 3rd grade. His arm is swelling and he is on respirator right now . We just need to pray for his little body.

Please pray for my friend Melissa and her salvation. She was driving home in 1997 with her sisters and was in an accident. Both of her sisters died. She is now battling depression and guilt. She knows she needs Jesus as Lord of her life but is not ready or willing to accept that He allowed her sisters to die. She is really struggling right now. Pray for acceptance, not only in her sister's death, but in the death and resurrection of Jesus and His gift to her of eternal life in Him.
